I have been a customer since 1985 and have always been dealt with the upmost curtesy. The staff are always helpful and will go the extra mile to help. If they don't have an item in stock they will either order it or suggest the best solution. Their printing service is second to none, the type of materials used means that the prints don't fade over time. Always a very good service.

Some of the staff are rude, refuse to help with the machines, and the male staff member has on one occasion sent a child outside the store without informing the adult with the child ,while waiting for photos to be printed, man pointed outside and open the door without saying it as he knew he was in the wrong and didn’t want the adult to hear underhanded, a child that has autism I may add,th child was unable to stand still due to his condition but it is by no means a staffs responsibility to send a child out, discusting what if something had happens to the child
