Optimo (Espacio) + Eclair Fifi event at Phonox was great! Bouncers at the door were superb. Other staff members were very outgoing. Fun nightout after my D&B all dayer rave. Definitely be back for sure 💯 🔊💥🔥.

Great venue, great music & DJs but some of the staff are just horrendous. Typical power trip stuff- My boyfriend and I went to see a couple of our favourite DJs Last weekend and everything was going great, until they closed the downstairs bar where a lovely girl was serving. So my partner went to the upstairs bar to get a few drinks for us, the barman made the wrong drink so my partner said Ah it was lemonade, not coke then the bar man served him water. When my partner explained the drinks order again, a bouncer came, tapped him on the shoulder and kicked him out, while the barman smugly waved him off. He called me for outside and I left. Worth mentioning that my partner was one of about 3 black guests in the entire venue. We’re in our 30s so nights like these are a bit of a treat for us and naturally don’t get too tipsy due to being unable to handle hangovers. If you go here and they make u the wrong drink, just take it and move on. If you try to correct the the wrong person, they’ll just kick you out 😂 mental.
