    From the moment we called Andrzej we knew our phone (3 month old iPhone 13 Pro Max) was in good hands. He answered the call and ordered the part on Saturday evening, took the phone in Sunday afternoon and replaced the broken glass back. A job that requires a laser and other specialist equipment due to the adhesive used in the manufacturing process. They called us first thing on Monday morning to let us know the phone was ready to be collected at our convenience (the new glue has to cure overnight). All this for less than one fifth of the cost Apple would have extracted from us! If anything else electronic breaks or gets broken we know who we are going to call first!
