Shady not to be trusted. Replaced a screen protector that didn't need replacing. Went in with a phone not realizing that the high end samsung factory installed protector was under another one that had been installed at time of purchase but was lifting on the edge. He ripped the damaged one off and with out ever giving me a chance to look at the factory one ripped it off too all for £10 not sure what he would do for 100. That's said I've now read the other reviews like I said shady. They responded firstly a plastic film protector was install not a glass one as I requested. Secondly they removed the film protector I installed over the factory film protector 6 months ago and then they removed the factory one. The factory one was so well installed I didn't realize it was on the phone 6 months ago when I installed the other one. The high end Samsung phones come with a pretty decent film protector installed in the US I just forgot on my wife's phone the one on my Note lasted 18 months with heavy pen use. Thirdly we don't like the glass protectors not interested in protecting the screen from being cracked just scratched haven't cracked a sceen in 20 years. The issue here is that he not we didnt even stop for one second to look and say hey their is another film protector under this one and it looks fine still want me to put this one on. Why I can give you 10 reasons.
