Shocking customer service. Rude staff who serve their mates first and let them queue jump. I went in today and wanted my iPad assessed and the person assisting me stopped assisting me just to attend to his mate who had just walked into the shop. He was rude when I asked why I was being made to wait.

This place is terrible. My laptop i sent in for a repair they said it’ll be done by tomorrow thats fine. I waited the said again it’ll be done tomorrow. So i waited then they said it will be done in 2 days so i waited. Honestly i thought it would be done but now i had to wait another day. Unbelievable.
