These are not the same people I used before, went as I thought they were same previous owners. Would give no stars if possible. nearly paid £200 for screen replacement which was replaced poorly, back cover is not intact play when pressed, colour at bottom of phone has distorted and damaged speaker on ear piece only works on speaker. Went back next day, the person who fitted screen blamed spring inside phone, the ear piece was working perfectly fine. Please do not waste time and money with these people I have wasted £200. Go else where reputable, should have looked their reviews before going, that says it all. Tried to charge more for ear piece they damaged, no thanks wont be using these people again. Will go only to reputable mobile shops. Expensive lesson learnt.

Poorest customer service. 3 weeks and more - no outcome and you keep going to them again and again. I bought an iphone 4s as a spare office phone. It was all in a new box and was given a receipt (without name/logo) but with an assurance of 1 year warranty. In about 40 days the phone suddenly went dead. I took it back to him to check. He instantly insisted of providing him the receipt. I was in a process of moving into my new property and hence was a little difficult to find it easily. Even on repeated requests the owner was adamant of ‘can’t do anything without receipt’. I however got him the receipt but still no luck. Everytime i go to him, he would react as who was I and what was I approaching him for?? He was trying to be ignorant of my phone issue evrytime. He then once agreed to send my phone to some repair centre and asked me to call on his phone before visiting him. I called him / sent him texts for 3 constant days but everytime he would disconnect except once where he accepted there is a problem with motherboard. Anyways at the end, my frustration ends with loosing one phone for a price i paid which was not worth plus the mental stress to lose important office data. No Refunds / Exchange too. Please avoid going to this shop as much as possible.
