I went with my iPhone to fixed my home button . My iPhone was a diagnosed free of charge! Then I been kindly advised that nothing is wrong with my Home button, but only screen needs to be replaced ,because of small crack on it then phone will be back to normal! JOB DONE ! this young, talented gentleman was right and fixed my IPhone in 30 minutes! I would highly recommend this Phone Heroes to anyone! Thank you for amazing & professional service ! Well done!

13th May: I went to get a new screen for my iphone and when I got back home the touch pad wasn't recognising my fingerprints and I noticed that on one side the new screen hadn't be put on properly. I would say skip this especially if you want your data saved and get it properly done at an authorised dealer. Terrible! 14th May - I took my phone back and the guy tried fixing the screen again but lied about messing up my home button. I will launch a formal complaint with consumer services about this place. He says he has no idea about home button while asking me to go home and try! Terrible service and charged £55. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS.

Terrible ! Don t waste your money. This is one of the worst experiences i got. Chnaged the screen of my iphone a month ago and after few week the screen suddenly become black for no reason (no damage, did not drop it) . I was travelling abroad and found myself 4 days with no phone and had to change and pay again for the screen as teh one they installed for me was faulty and cheap quality (comfirmed by 3 experts). When back to london i went to ask for my right to refund as they sold and installed a faulty item they were dihonest and refused to refund me . Even the technicien was rude the day before. This is a scam do not waste your money here go change your screen at apple or more trusful place. Such a shame ! Scam avoid

My screen wasn't working, they fixed it in 45 mins!!! They also gave a really good rate compared to other stores in central. Also the replacements are really good quality, overall amazing service :)

took my phone to change screen as it was cracked, now the speaker doesn't work and he used a damaged screen to replace my cracked one hoping i wouldn't realise. also he was supposed to change battery, he did change it to a worse one. he also wouldn't take my payment by card only money.. I'm still waiting for my receipt you! You deserve negative stars! Avoid like the plague!!

I recently needed help to save data from my OnePlus 7T which had a completely broken screen. At Phone Heroes they were friendly and helpful, also very patient, as it was a bit of a hassle to sort out everything. I would look for them again in the future if I had problem with my phone and could recommend them to anyone :)
