I bought used iphone, charging didnt last for few hours, returned and bought android paying extra £ 90, battery didnt last at all, went back to buy the new phone instaed of used one, guy refused to return extra money as no new phone was the same price as old one. Had to ask him again and again to give back extra money, still he didnt return all money. Such shop owners are disgrace to muslims, pathetic in their dealings. I myself is muslim and get disappointed at such dishonest and fraud dealings.

DO NOT buy a phone from this shop.. I brought a Samsung Galaxy s10 4days ago that the guy said comes with 3months warranty I went in the shop today to ask about my new phone having a bad battery and he wouldn't help, just said I have to pay £30 or swap for another s10, I took the option to swap and he made an excuse to not swap with me so now I have a 4day old phone with a battery fault and a charging fault....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP, you've been warned.. take your money and business elsewgere

Absolutely disappointed. Took my phone in to have the screen changed as another phone shop who was unable to do it highly recommended these guys. I went, the guys were very nice and they charged me 70 pound. The price wasn't my issue. That I was willing to pay. The issue was when I went away having received my newly fixed screen and getting to test it in further detail than I did at the shop. I have difficulty pressing the letter ''I' and I have to keep on pressing it over and over to get it to work. Certain spots on the screen are difficult to press as they don't work unless I do it hard and even then it takes a few goes. The other problem is the front camera is completely blurry and so are the pictures. When I took it back to them the same day, they told me that I damaged the screen and it wasn't like that after they fixed it. I'm fuming. Please don't go to this place. It's not worth it in the long run.
