I have a slow charging problem with my phone and this guy and his technician were not able to resolve it instead they just replaced the charging port which was working anyway. I told him what the issue was and he knew he hadn't done a good job and so he sent me away saying try it at home with your charger and don't worry your money is safe with me. I'm hoping he returns my money unless a battery calibration fixes my phone.
