Brilliant service. PhoneFix replaced the battery in my Apple Watch 2 - Apple won’t do it because the watch is “obsolete” and even if they did, they charge more than twice PhoneFix. I used the postal/online service, which worked quickly and very efficiently. Very pleased and I would definitely recommend. No more throwing away devices just because their battery is fading!

I needed a new battery for my Apple Watch Series 5, I live in Poole, these guys are in Worthing, I needed the watch fixed quickly and after a quick email exchange with John, they promised to do it for me, I paid for express delivery, they sent quick post label, I posted it to them on Tuesday, they returned it express DPD on Thursday. Battery works great, no damage, very minor marks around casing to be expected from opening it up, but minimal. truly a wonderful and professional service, much appreciated, highly recommended, will use again.. thanks guys. Great job.
