*****FIVE STARS FOR THIS SHOP***** I am so glad I found this shop! I had been to two shops earlier in the day (both big brand name shops) and no-one could get to the bottom of why my phone was not receiving incoming calls (I could call out/receive messages). It was recommended I upgrade to a new phone. My phone isn't that old - and I am on a budget so I couldn't do that. I just happened to be looking in this shop window and the friendly staff member came out and asked if he could help. To be honest, I was doubtful that he could fix my phone if two other shops had not been able to (one is my provider!) but he was sweet and I thought third time lucky. So, Haroon (sweet customer service guy) called over Ankit (super whizzy technician) who fixed it within five minutes - and didn't even want to charge me! He also explained about the battery and what not to do and why this was happening and how to avoid this happening in future. All within five minutes! So, yes, I give this shop 5*. Haroon and Ankit - you make a great team! I went back today to ask them to fix an old laptop and tablet and they agreed to fix them, the turnaround time is really good and very affordable fees. Amazing Service. I came in with what I thought was a broken speaker on my IPhone as I was quoted £60 - £80 In other shops. The gentleman was very honest and knowledgeable and told me that all it needed was a clean for £10 which I was in complete shock. He was honest and understanding was very very happy with the honest and kind service I received. 5 STARS ⭐️
