Had an iPhone X screen replaced here as the screen kept turning black and I kept having to factory reset the phone. The guy in shop said a new screen will fix the sensor problem. Got the phone back after paying around £120, seemed to work fine but after a few weeks the same problem was occuring plus the screen was slightly loose in one corner. Being a mum of 4 and work full time I didn’t have time to go back straight away with the issues and in the end the screen fell out of the phone. I then went back with my receipt and warranty which is still valid and explained everything to a different man from who fixed my phone who told me that I wouldn’t of needed a screen if I had sensor problems and that he won’t help me as he thinks I dropped it but I can pay another £120 for them to fix it again (even though it wasn’t fixed in the first place). Robbing b*****ds. Never again will I use this place and advice everyone to avoid.

Evening, My phone call today are not being picked up, so I would like to ask you to get back to me. I was told today by my mother who has bought from your shop before, purchased a charger that cost her 60 quid recommended by you or your staff cause is and i quote "fast charger " without given a receipt at around lunch time today. (Picture below) I'm a phone technician with several years of repairs and sale experience as well, so as a phone technician to another I'm just curious really to why you choose to charge it £60? She genuinely asked you for advice cause the last one you recommended her has give out in less than a month. Now you mention to her again both time before and now that is 'very good and charges fast', but both are exact dentical from the previous one she bought to what i can see in this one. Same watt just different brand. It mediocre charger at best for one that isnt genuine. This should be cost in retail 25-30 for both lead and head. So I would like you to really explain to me on here, on phone or Im more than happy to an come down to your shop to discuss this face to face? We have our own business shop just right next to your in Petersfield. Just tell me why? Kindly get back to me, we can talk and I will take down this post if you willing to sort it out. Update: Becareful new customer. Know your price and know what you buying (even if the shop in peterfield it make no difference). Don't let this sort of people mug you off. Theyre taking advantage of vulnerable people. Don't even have the ball to get back and explain.
