Fantastic! Phoebe is brilliant, I popped in and nothing was too much trouble. She looked at the design of the room that I needed flowers for, and swiftly put together a beautiful display, making sure the bouquet fitted in style, but also in height and worked with the vase that it was going into. I particularly liked the ornamental candles - what a find! Would 100% recommend!!

My friend and I came into the shop on Sunday 25th. The girl who was working was so creative, helpful and friendly. I came out thinking she had the best customer service and it wasn't too forced, she generally enjoyed what she was doing. She spoke to us about wreath making, workshops etc. She is a credit to your shop.

Wonderful Phoebe (Phohm) curated and created our absolutely stunning floral displays, arrangements, bouquets and button holes for our wedding in July 21. The whole process from beginning to end was smooth and easy- just what a bride needs when planning a wedding! I shared my ideas and completely trusted her vision too. On the day, it was perfect, better than I could have imagined! The flowers and displays blew everyone and myself away, she styled everything impeccably and it was exactly the vibe we wanted. I went back to Phohm after the wedding and had my beautiful bouquet turned into an ever lasting vase display. We would 100% recommend, thank you Phoebe!

Disappointing and unprofessional I have purchased a product recently which was mis-sold and wasn’t happy. I bought two pricey “ornamental candles” which I was not informed about at the time. I was in fact advised to place a tray underneath the candles to catch the wax. Obviously I lit the candles (which is the purpose) and they failed. Phoebe and I had an exchange of conversations via Instagram. Yes, she has apologised but I would ideally like a refund for something that was mis-sold and misrepresented. However I was gobsmacked at the attitude and unprofessionalism. It was suggested I send in photographic evidence of the burnt candle. I shall remember in future to take photographs of any candles I burn and keep the Wax as a memento. 50% refund was Suggested, which I find offensive and disrespectful . I have naturally declined this and feel the need to share my experience. As a business owner myself, I am perplexed at the disregard for good customer service. Especially as phoebe wishes to newly establish herself amongst other niche businesses in the city. I can’t recommend this place And feel services and Products in similar stores are more superior.
