Was quite surprised about paying before my watches were fixed as witnessed 2 people being told they pay on collection where as I was informed I had to pay 💰 NOW no issues with battery change but would of got 5 stars ⭐️ if he asked for money after they fixed it been using this watch repair shop for years when Lewis repair Watch closed was told by my dad to check this out treat all the customers same no matter WHAT

I was recommended this place & glad I went. Staff are amazing, really helpful and the service is really efficient. I had 5 watches that needed batteries as well as links added/removed with one needing a new mechanism. They completed all the work within a couple of hours, the watch that needed a new mech was sent sorted within a week. Will definitely recommend others & will use again. Thanks guys 😁

I was told by a jeweler that the crown in my Sandoz Chronograph was faulty and it would have to go to the manufacturer for repair, this was a while ago. That sounded expensive so I did some research and after reading the reviews i took my watch to Phoenix Watches, so, so, glad I did they looked at my watch while I waited and told me there was nothing wrong with the crown, but the battery I had fitted last year was not the right type and was the cause of my problem, they fitted the correct one and now it works fine, and all this for just £20, great service, lovely people, can't recommend them highly enough.
