I had a good and prompt service from reception to the consultant. All the staff there are very polite and made me feel better. Actually I had some emergency as had breathing problem so they treated me straightway. Otherwise it is quite busy place and one have to wait up to 2-3 hours. I went to New cross hospital few days later with the same problem but I had to wait more than 3 hours and the staff there were very rude.

Very bad reception there. This big women sitting there listen to music and doesn't really care about her work . Very slow in response and no one is allowed to wait for the doctor but the patient him/her self. Every one else needs to wait in the car outside for at least 1 hour. Absolute joke.

Went into the centre with my partner and got asked to leave because it was patient only. Never got explained to me why, the staff member was rather rude to me and it was quite embarrassing for me to be honest. Wish this was explained clearly to me and why before we visited as only wanted to reassure my partner. Suggest clearing stating this onto your website and training your staff to approach these situations with more care as my partner was not well and didn’t want to sit in a room on her own for over 5 hours.

I was very pleased with the service i received here, reception staff were friendly and polite. I arrived around 2 pm and was seen by a triage nurse after around 20 minutes. I was then seen by a nurse practitioner after around 2 1/2 hours, yes some may seem this a long time but i was happy to wait considering i had been trying to get an appointment with my doctors practice for over two weeks. The nurse was very polite and listened to my concerns, she spent time explaining what she would do for me and did not rush things. This centre puts my own doctors surgery to shame. If only the same could be said about some of the other patients waiting to be seen who think it is there god given right to be seen immediately (because 'we pay their wages') and constantly moan to staff and be rude to them, the staff are only trying to do their job as best they can, they are only human. Yes the NHS is in chaos but at the moment it's all we've got.

Have used the centre twice in the past few weeks. I found all staff to be polite and helpful, and I felt that the consulting staff really took their time to listen. On each visit we were out in just over an hour.

Big disgrace, as an international student my brother pays for the disgrace NHS is providing through this walk in center. He went in today, after waiting for 3 hours and even though he has blood in his urine sample, the nurse told him that she can not attend to all his problems and to get in touch with GP. If the GP surgery was attending to him, why would he come to you guys? And even after being on bed for 3 days and telling the nurse all his problems, if u don't want to attend to someone just say so..why wasting 3 hrs? Waste of time and space this place is..pure disgrace on the name of health services.

Im leaving this review to share how bad the UK health sector has gotten in the country unbiased- I arrived at 4:40 in the afternoon and waited nearly 4 hours to be seen for a final diagnosis/help and was told that they “couldn’t do anything” and to go to New Cross- they couldn’t have done this on the initial consultation? I was informed they don’t do sultures although funnily enough a paramedic nearby was sure they did. Interestingly!- People that are experiencing fatigue should do two journey’s and exacerbate their symptoms.

No one answers the phone number and they also have a phone number that is not available. Disgusting for a clinic to be like this. If you go to them, you wait 4.5 hours and everything is ok after all. The state pays an incompetent staff
