Phoenix…where do I start? I have a number of properties leased out to Phoenix and will be adding more and more as I can. There whole team is A1 to work with. Responsive more or less straight away. From a landlords prospective rent is always on time no issue, properties are well looked after and maintained to a standard as any landlord would expect. What else could I ask for? On the other hand what my properties are being used for is just an additional bonus. Knowing that my properties are part of an amazing cause and in help to turning numerous peoples/families lives into a positive way or for a good cause. Its just amazing to know as me myself, I’m not doing much but I am still part of the cause. I know the team on a personal level and I am more than glad as I know how hard working. Determined and positive the whole team is!! Keep up the good work peeps 💪🏽✌🏽

It has been nothing less than a pleasure to live in phoenix supported housing, they have helped me claw myself back to being me, I was given endless support and couldn’t of asked for a better group of people to support me, it’s a shame I have to leave but I’m finally in a place where I no longer need support and Kim has helped me get there, I definitely won’t be being a stranger and I look forward to helping the organisation in the future. Thank you for everything ❤️
