Sessions were tailored to my goals, and AJ was great at both pushing me whilst also making the workout enjoyable. His knowledge, passion and approachability stand out hugely and I would definitely have been back if I hadn’t moved away!

    Deciding to work with Adrian 19 months ago has been one of the best decisions I have made. Firstly his training and nutrition knowledge is fantastic. Advice is evidence based and with my interest in the subject, he is always happy to discuss the science behind why we train/eat in certain ways. With regard to training sessions, these are well organised and he has great motivation skills to get me to work as hard as possible to achieve my goals. He also is very easy to talk to and is light hearted making the sessions really enjoyable. If you're quiet like me, don't worry, there won't be any awkward silences when Adrian is around. He's obviously a very sociable guy and knows everybody at the gym and is kind enough to introduce me to everyone too. The training and nutrition plans put in place are very detailed and are changed frequently and this is in discussion with me, and so I feel I am contributing to the plan rather than just being told what to do. This has helped to increase my knowledge and I feel confident in the future to amend my training/nutrition plans on my own. The weekly check-in feedback is incredibly detailed and he talks you through this online with reference to your plan which is very useful. I feel so much more confident in myself over the last 19 months and have not only got leaner and put on muscle, but have also learnt a great deal to support a healthy lifestyle going forward. I cannot recommend Adrian enough.

    Where to begin... i had been with Aj just over 12 weeks and the tailor made training plan and nutrition plan was second to none, not only was i hitting my goals and getting the outcome i wanted i was learning why i had to do the things i was doing. Aj was always there asking how im doing and willing to help me whenever i needed it. I cant recommend phoenix physiques enough. If you want to get results and gain the knowledge Adrian is your man.

He is a friendly, supportive PT and obviously hugely passionate about helping people to get healthier, both through nutrition and exercise. He went to extra lengths to tailor a vegetarian nutrition plan for me, as well as providing me with home work outs that I could do without having much equipment at home. Would highly recommend!!
