I get my blood tests done at Phoenix. I dislike having my blood drawn... intensely. It's always an unpleasant experience. However, the staff at Phoenix are nothing short of *amazing*. Super-nice, super-gentle, and very, very friendly. Worth every penny. I wholeheartedly recommend.
