I recently moved into a flat and needed quotes for carpet cleaning and I asked 4 local firms for quotes. Linda replied immediately with a quote. I waited to see what other firms could quote, bur heard nothing from any of them. As I had to Juggle moving date with decorator, plumber and carpet cleaning I called Linda and arranged a date with 10 days notice. The day before the job was booked I found out the plumbing was not completed so I arranged another date. in the end I had to rearrange yet again. Linda was very helpful and when Matthew was eventually able to clean the carpets the plumber had literally finished 5 minutes before! .The standard of work was above average and the carpets dry enough to walk on within a matter of hours. I should like to commend Linda for her patience and Matthew for his professionalism. I would not hesitate to use Phoenix Interiors again Service: General carpet cleaning
