My daughter Attended as a very anxious patient for a 2hr blood test and had it not been for Daniel she probably wouldn’t have been able to carry this out. He was amazing! He talked to her, made her laugh, and held her hand. His sense of humour and character are what got her through. He found the vein with ease after another nurse had failed and was without a doubt the person who saved the day! Absolutely brilliant!

Compared to other Oil and gas medicals I have had over the past few years this was the most expensive yet. Michelle the clinic manager was very nice and arranged the medical appointment. Included was the audiogram hearing test which was promptly conducted at no. 9 Harley Street. Dr Amarjit Raindi who conducted the test (at 25 Harley Street) was also friendly though not all the tests required by OGUK were carried out (the appointment was late in starting). I am always given a copy of the test results but not at this clinic. I asked the receptionist of 25 Harley Street for the medical results but she dismissively referred back to the doctor (who has yet to respond to my email). If this clinic wants to act in an unprofessional manner to a fee paying client then I will suggest other colleagues choose a different practice for their OGUK renewals.

Website said they were open good Friday but wasn't when I telephoned (to request an initial appointment and consultation). When first submitted an online enquiry form I received a generic email which didn't answer my one question, I replied, 'Sorry 'I'm confused why you have sent me a generic email and not answered my question'? Admin staff not very professional or friendly via email. No confirmation email or text after appointment booked. Had to pay full price before even appointment. I can understand paying a deposit but not the full price beforehand. No mention of I had to go to 25 Harley Street not 9 Harley Street. The receptionist at no. 9 was not friendly or welcoming (I was shocked as I've been a receptionist for many years and would never behave that way). When I went to no. 25 they had no record of my appointment. Had to complete a paper registration form even though completed online (which took hours to complete, far too long!) The day after appointment I receive an email requesting a review (but no email confirming appointment which I found odd). When I received a letter via email from the doctor I saw I was only cc'd in as it was to my GP surgery. Surely being the patient I should have received my own letter. I wasn't happy as with the content of letter after appointment as I wasn't listened to. Attached was my original online forms to them, I wasn't made aware my GP surgery would be receiving these as I thought it was confidential. Also attached was a Samsung Health app to download, I don't know what that about as not explained so I didn't download. In view of all the above I decided to go elsewhere...
