    When trying to organise a taster session for my two children, ages 5 and 6, I was refused the opportunity to spectate. Phoenix provided false information saying that this was due to covid and safeguarding reasons. I was given no offer to view the facilities or speak to the staff in person to put my mind at rest. Phoenix expected me to send my two small children for a taster session without me being able to view the facilities or view the instruction that my children would receive. I was given no opportunity to judge whether this was a suitable club for us. Communication from the company was frustrating, stressful and patronising. They had a very unwelcoming and dismissive attitude. I was told that 100’s of children train with them each week and they never have a problem with parents being unable to spectate the taster session. I can only imagine that this company has grown so busy that the reasonable requirements of their customers is no longer a priority.
