Ordered solar and batteries through E.On, who have outsourced the work to PGS. Works have been delayed, repeatedly, with no conversations or updates from the installtion team. When they do turn up, its for a short few hours, and then just up and leave without warning. Been waiting all day for electrician to show - and haven't No project management for the installation. Whilst the solar is being installed, the electricians could be on-site too, installing batteries and cable management etc. and last-fix the solar panels to the inverters when completed. Have no idea when the installation will be completed, as I've had no feedback on what is happening Very poor service and communication Update: 09/05/2023 I am still waiting for my installation to be completed… electricians installed a faulty Solis inverter and haven’t been back to replace, it’s now been 7 weeks

Phoenix gas services Absolute shambles of a company!!!! Leaving my sister with no flooring in the children’s bedroom. Emailing her saying she did not take up the flooring and it was at her own risk!! We took up the flooring was it was labelled! The flooring has not been disposed of!! Leaving a young single mother with no flooring in her children’s bedroom I’ll be taking this to trading standards!!!

Historically had solid, reliable service from them. Had problems with boiler at end of February, engineer Carey diagnosed faulty heat exchanger, also rf thermostat flaky so requested quote for both. So far had nothing. So still have faulty heating and hot water. Constantly chased up, either phone unanswered or call not returned. Think they may be going under.

Arranged for Phoenix gas to service my mother's boiler who is 96 years old. Rang on the day of the service and told by Remi they would arrive about 11ish. Rang again at 11.40 after no show and told running late and would be there before 1pm. Not a great service when all this was booked well over a week ago. When you ask for a specific time you only get told between 8 and 5, it doesn't look like they will make a 9 hour slot either. Still waiting, absolutely disgusting.
