Phoenix Fireplace World-Kidderminster I have visited numerous fire & fireplace showrooms in Worc's. over the last six months & always left disappointed. When i walked into Phoenix Fireplace World in Kidderminster I was greeted by a friendly sales guy who was extremely welcoming & helpful.I walked around the impressive showroom at my leisure without being hassled by any pushy sales staff!When i did require advice the staff were on hand to help me. I was so impressed with the service they were providing , the competitive prices & knowledge that I purchased a fire & surround on the same day. The fire place & fire arrived a week earlier than the timescale given & fitting was booked in for the following week. I want to thank Steve who came to fit the fireplace & fire.Steve was very professional , arrived on time , very polite , he respected my property & explained the fitting process before he started. I highly recommend Phoenix Fireplace World , such a professional outstanding company & a fabulous team. Thank you :-)

If you are looking for a new fireplace this is definitely the place to go. So much choice, there is something to suit all tastes. Steve and Carl were very helpful and friendly, gave us time to have a really good look around but always there if we needed advice or help. Our new fireplace and fire were fitted yesterday (must mention the fitter because he has done a fabulous job). We are absolutely thrilled and our living room has now been transformed. Popped along couple week's ago after visiting a few others trading in Fires & Fireplaces within the Worcestershire area. Well , what a lovely surprise, this little business on the main road was like walking into an Aladdin's cave. In this show room you were spoilt for choice, it presented customers with much to choose from to compliment anyone's home giving that cosy feel for winter. I saw what I liked & purchased it that very day. The service was top class from Carl & his staff, helpful, well mannered & very professional. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase. My search ended at Pheonix Fireplaces & in hindsight I just wish I had gone there in the first place. Thank you.
