We maintain a low ratio of children to caregivers in our Family Day Care Services to ensure individual attention and care. We have a maximum of four children per caregiver, so each child can receive the attention they need.

    Why can't you visit the practice to make an appointment? Still putting covid precautions in place, come on even the hospitals are over covid now. Elderly people have trouble using phones and booking online, you are there to provide a service paid for by the public. If you can't supply the service then maybe you should consider closing the practice.

    It was never worthy of praise when it was on the corner of Postbridge Road. S.Exon and I.Ward were quite good back in the day, but I've seen this practise spiral down and down. Possibly the worst reception staff I've consistently encountered apart from two (Joy, in the past), and a current young lady. The manager present is just nasty. Awkward, bossy and belittling. The ONLY current and longstanding person left who needs a credit mention that I've dealt with is Karen Walker, one of the nurses. Apart from her all, the good ones left. I must mention also the staff in the Chemicare. They're super, pleasant, diligent and they've helped us a lot since the move to Leamington Road.

    I sent a message and photos of my poor Mum's leg on Sunday when I visited her. Monday morning she was visited by two lovely ladies who have dealt with her ulcerated leg and arranged the further support she will need to recover from this. Wonderful service by all concerned and timing was unexpected in the current NHS crisis Thank you all so much

    Awful place, try to book an appointment in advance, you are told you will have to wait 4 weeks and then they only book up til 4pm. Basically told no other options apart from going walk in centre - what is the point of this surgery?? Rude staff on minimum wage thinking they are ceo's

    Just arrived home with my son without being seen after being put the wait outside on this freezing weather, the lady's from reception not friendly at all, they should look for some other jobs maybe, even the gp's as the last gp I've seen this week gave me the wrong amount on the antibiotics that's why he still had temperature over the antibiotics... Some had to look in the books or over the Internet to give me the right advice... Left me without words...not to say on and after the pandemic we had consultation over the phone or being send to, covid clinics or walk in centre or A&E department... Truly sad for 2022 UK... Going to look for some other gp or I don't know... God bless

    Shocking service from these guys the Dr's are perfect but if you want to be spoken to rudely after waiting on the phone on hold for 1 and a half hours by some jumped up receptionists then look no further, I am actively seeking a new surgery as the staff on the phone are jokers very very rude, no appointments available either when I said I have strep a the lady was like call back again tomorrow ...

    Reception answered call fairly quickly (I was in a queue of 13 but moved quite fast) I got a same day face to face appointment with Dr Lall who was very attentive and helpful. Any medications prescribed were ready to collect within minutes.
