Very unprofessional. I was Shocked to see my father's grave with this appalling piece of rubbish that cost us £200. what a disgrace. It was of a Horses head which quite frankly, my daughter of three years old could've done a better job, plus they got my Father's deceased date wrong by 21 Years! Quite unbelievable and a total waste of money.
