Had a leaking hot tank on a Sunday. Lawson trading as Pheonix sent someone to scope out parts the same day and drained tank and fitted isolation valve next day to prevent catastrophic flood and let me switch cold water back on at mains without more leaks. Tank arrived and fitted Friday to give me hot taps back, finished reconnecting heating Saturday as pipe layout had to be changed for modern bigger tank I wanted. They threw in Monday's emergency work when I chose them to replace tank and would have been cheaper anyway than the closer competitor. Useful that they do electrics too as then you don't get the buck passing between trades. Instead of random subcontractors from out of town you get the proprietor and sometimes also his daughter who is an electrician trainee I think also learning plumbing as she goes. We had to go out at one stage so were happy to leave them to it. You will be happy to have them in your home and you won't be able to invent a question that Lawson doesn't know.

Completely rewired a large domestic property including hot wiring, CCTV and alarm. Competitive and honest pricing. Everything was installed and completed to an outstanding standard. Their focus on customer satisfaction and building long term business relationships is superlative. I am immensely grateful for the support and the continuity of care and advice by Lawson and his team (Craig, Sophie, Anthony and of course Nikki in the office). There is no "conveyor belt" experience with these guys! I have no hesitation in recommending Phoenix and will definitely use them again for my future projects.
