The servicing seems second to none, it's a shame about when you want to purchase a Brompton though. I called beforehand to check it was ok to check them out. I arrived in store and the vibe I got from the staff was like I was bothering them. I enquired about an electric Brompton and the woman scoffed (?) at me wanting one. I've never ridden a Brompton before, so was hoping they'd give me more information. I left with as much as I entered. They didn't seem to care that I was trying to buy a £3k bike and didn't seem too fussed about trying to get a non-black colour in stock. 3 stars as they were alright about me cycling the demo, let me have a ride around the park on it and showed me the different bags they sell. Sadly something about the experience just rubbed me the wrong way.

Terrible communication and clearly don’t want to sale. Enquired about £1700 worth of stock only to be sand bland no stock available and when asked about what is available no reply at all. I will find another store that will take my money and appreciate it instead.

Excellent service! I’m thrilled with the service and repair my Brompton needed. After a good 5 year hammering my Brompton needed more than just TLC!!! What a fantastic bike shop! Tucked away just near Battersea Bridge. A Friend told me about Phoenix Cycles and I went here after buying a Brompton. Great to have friendly and knowledgable staff to speak with. Super experienced bike aficionados in this place which is a true independent and they are proud to support local bike manufacturers. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Pashley, Moulton and especially Brompton. These chaps are tops!

There is no where better to get a Brompton serviced than Phoenix cycles! Mike has a vast wealth of experience and always does the highest quality of work. He has fully serviced my bike 3 times and the bike runs like new after each servicing. Phoenix cycles always has all of the Brompton parts stocked unlike a lot of other bike stores. This is one of many reasons why I bring my bike all the way down from Finsbury park to Battersea. Recently, I tried to book my bike for a servicing at shops closer to me and all made me wait more than a week to bring the bike in. The one I chose cancelled the day before the servicing. I called Mike and he took the bike in the next day and got it serviced in about an hour. Excellent service!
