I rang up pheonix today to make a quick Enquiry, I knew and totally understood that I will be looking at new year before anyone would be able to do anything for me. The lady on the phone was very angry and rude and all I wanted is to make a simple enquiry, she slammed the phone down on me and shouted at me saying no one will be able to help me and to go elsewhere. Im very disgusted by the level of service I received, and in actual fact I have sorted my elsewhere. I will never ever be in contact with you again.
