Some of the comments here are usually from people who are disgruntled and may not had a good experience so far. But the professionalism shown by Caron Hughes and her team - Alice Dancer, Bethan, Lucy Trotman, Rhianwen Bailey-Cullen have been nothing but fantastic, never had issue with payment if queried within 48 hours, and always paid on time usually after 8-10 weeks, sometimes sooner! (People need to remember it's not them but the production has to pay them first before we get paid!) I am from a multi ethic minority, and have never been discriminated but in fact have been offered more roles, but unfortunately not Phoenix decision but the production may or may not agree that I would be suitable. They are fantastic with what they do, always keep you updated, they work hard to ensure everyone on their books are given an opportunity. Love working and representing for them. Just like the phoenix they are all legends.

Actually worked with phoenix as a background/feature since 2011, but yesterday i decided to leave, due to having to fight for weeks to be paid money i was owed, its not my responsibility to make sure im paid when i've done the work and turned up on the day. I know from working with them that they would not tollerate being even a minute late to set, so i was shocked that it took 25 weeks and countless emails to be paid.
