Worst shisha lounge in Birmingham if I could give zero stars I would when receiving our Shisha the employee was standing there on his phone totally ignoring us and doing whatever he was doing on his phone before he sorted our Shisha we were actually quite baffled as we have never had such bad customer service. The Shisha was the worst of the worst they also had no food I didn’t understand what Shisha lounge does not have food the mojitos were also disgusting the seating was of old age this place needs to be shut down!!! Or a massive staff and place refurbishment. Never ever will go back here and will also tell friends and family not to come here either would really give zero stars if I could!!
