I’ve always loved Pho and have been a customer for many years now. Unfortunately, I have seen a decline in service quality of food for a while now. Specially with Pho in Westfield White City. So many times I’ve ordered from them though Deliveroo and got someone else’s order or my order was incomplete. Not even to mention the constant difference in taste that occurs way too often, and it can be extremely salty to the point I don’t even eat it.
