Utterly useless - provided him with a full bag of new OEM spec front bumper clips but when I came to pick my car up half the bumper was hanging off and flapping about...I suffer from nerve damage in my lower body and was on my back for an hour in the dark trying to fix the front bumper to my car. Why should I be doing that? Another mechanic confimed I provided Phil with the correct clips for the job - and confirmed there was rust at the bottom of the bumber screw fixing. Phil never told me there was rust. Yet im on my drive fixing my own car that 3 hours earlier I had paid Phil to do. What a joke. Attached are my legs due to Cauda Equina Syndrome. My disability
