    Nice apartments in a great location right in the center of London but still relatively quiet. But what makes this place stand out is the staff, who go above and beyond to help you (with e.g. taxi, carrying luggage, mail). For example, they spent a lot of effort hunting down an oven dish when our apartment did not turn out to have one. Can highly recommend this as a shorstay apartment!

    Nice and friendly staff! Stayed there for almost 2 months after permanently relocating to London from Singapore. They addressed and fulfilled almost all our requests. 1 star less as its difficult to get through any number in case of emergency and everything needs to be reached through email. Also, the quality of bed mattress is pretty poor and you tend to get a back pain if used for prolonged days. Position wise the property is well located in the center of the city with all amenities nearby. Safe and secure too from any intruders in the busy London city center.
