Had electrical problems with a year old ktm, told it was a battery problem, charged £130 for new battery and labour. Problems got worse, zero customer service. Technicians are either incompetent diagnosing faults or scam customers. Having to take to small claims court. Warning: do not buy ktms in NI because if you have problems this is the only authorised service technicians here

I cannot express how much I like visiting this place as biker. This dealership is on another level for great variety and choice. Dealership franchise Kawasaki, Triumph and KTM motorcycle's. Both new and used available. Motorcycle accessories and motorcycle apparels, gloves, helmets in many various brands. There is service and parts counter in after sales and maintenance. Staff are always welcoming and try their best to help their customers. 🏍 Furthermore, there's a motorcycle training school out to the rear of the building. I have used their services and find them very patient and encouraging in developing new riding skills on Motorcycle's. 👩🏫👨🏫 In addition, they recently opened a whole new bicycle section. 🚲 Well stocked and fully loaded with all bicycle needs. Dealing in both pedal and electric bicycles. Road and off road and some light commercial carrying bicycles. Full accessories. Bicycle mechanic and after care available. 5 star's facility because I'm not allowed by Google to offer 6 star's. A credit as always to it's owners.

Terrible after sales, long waits for any repair work. Once the money is handed over for a bike, thats when the problem start. Constantly changing staff should indicate management aren't the best.
