I've recently used Philip Cole who did a level 3 survey on a I'm going to buy. They were very friendly, efficient and love dogs which is always a plus in my eyes! I received the report back in 5 days as they advised and was very impressed with this. I can see they spend a lot of time writing the report and the attention to detail was really good. I'm far from an expert when it comes to houses but the way it was written was clear and easy to understand. Although they where not the cheapest quote I had received, the extra was worth it for the quality of work they had done! A huge thank you and highly recommend!
