I lost my mum in January and wanted to get something special for my sister who devoted the last few years of her life caring for mum. I shopped around online and whilst I found a few cheaper alternatives nothing compared to this and I am so happy I paid that little bit extra!!! I would have been so disappointed had I not opted for this one! The detail is exceptional. The customer service I received was faultless.
