    Avoid at all costs!!!!! Don't expect Phillip james to answer any emails or calls regarding a property you are renting. They will also serve you with a section 21 without even confirming with you or your landlord that you can renew tenancy. They will then leave it up until a few weeks before said eviction date to then start to contact your landlord to confirm whether you can renew or not. Even though you have sent emails and called for weeks trying to sort it out! Leaving you stressed and worried with limited options in the meantime. All whilst not leaving enough time to find another property, if the renewal option wasn't available. Absolutely disgusting the way they run business! Communication between the lettings department and tenants is non existent. I do not know how they sleep at night, serving section 21 notices to long term tenants with no explanation as to why!! Then imagine after weeks or trying to get this issue sorted. You are finally able to renew, and all it took was a phone call from Phillip james to your landlord. FINALLY! All that needless stress for nothing. BUT!! then you find a TO LET sign has been put up on your rented property. When you've come home from work. I can't describe how furious I am!!!

    Truly awful company. It's impossible to contact them via email or phone. My partner and I must have tried the lettings department 30 times a day for 2-3 days, have left multiple emails and enquiries through Rightmove and their website, but still haven't got through. Then I tried the sales department once and got through in seconds (but of course they can't put me through to the right team), it really shows where their priorities lie... If you were allowed to leave 0 stars then this would sure be the case.

    I've had a terrible experience with this agency. They nearly scammed me and my homemate, as we requested to move in on a certain date, but they started the contract 10 days earlier under the justification that " this is the landlord's request". During our stay at the apartment we booked sometimes they didn't even bother checking their emails regarding a few issues at home. As a result, I called them,but they made fun of my English. Terrible terrible experience. They should have shut ages ago.

    Not sure how you manage to let any properties. I have enquired by email on Right Move multiple times within the last few months as well ringing the office. However, I am yet to receive a response or reach a person to talk to. I have seen many properties that I would love to rent but this does not seem possible with this company. Please tell me the best way to proceed with enquiries?

    No communication. No communication at all. The property was listed on 20th of April. We contacted them on 21st and got no response till 11th of May. They proposed a viewing and confirmed it 20min before viewing. 5min before viewing was supposed to happen, they called for 2 seconds (didn't even have a chance to pick up a phone) absolute shambles.

    After two weeks of phone calls and emails and visiting the shop had no call back off any sort regarding viewings of property's looks might not ever get to see a property they are marketing by the time they ring me back we be probably living on the moon. POOR
