We got the keys of our new flat yesterday which was such a relief in the current market. I don't usually take the time to write online reviews but I had to say we were very satisfied with the service we received from Philip Alexander throughout the whole process. A big thank you to Miles who went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the property we set our eyes on; he called us back when he said he was going to call us back (unlike many other agents), he kept us updated etc ... She was my previous Property Manager and never sorted any of my queries. Eg when I moved in the apartment was full of the past tenants belongings. Sereena ignored my request for removal but Meg got it sorted asap. Thanks Meg!

These guys have looked after my property (s) for over ten years now and have also sold a house for me . As a landlord living outside of the UK it is very important to me that I have a good, trustworthy and hassle free relationship with an agent and trust is extremely important living so far away. I have never had any issues with them and would recommend them as a highly professional outfit both in sales and rentals..New property manager Alexandra Sotelo, who I have only worked closely with with for a few weeks, has been a great addition to the team. Her communication skills are excellent and she obviously wants to deliver the best results for her clients which is evident in her thoroughness when dealing with issues and her problem solving is first class.
