Phil is an incredibly talented photographer (hence the numerous awards he has won!!) but we were blown away with the images he captured for our wedding. Phil was professional from the moment we first contacted him (after a recommendation from our best man) and he put us at ease with his character and personality. We knew Phil wasn’t going to be asking us to pose awkwardly throughout the day (my husbands worst nightmare) and we would be comfortable with having Phil photograph all aspects of our wedding. Phil kept in regular communication throughout our wedding planning and even helped us with supplier recommendations. Phil was our wedding photographer in August 2022 and we’ve just received our photos back. My husband and I would recommend Phil to anyone. We had a pre wedding photo shoot with Phil, which was nerve wracking but amazing and helped us get to know Phil and get used to being front of the camera, ready for our big day. The photos from both our pre wedding shoot and our wedding day are incredible and show just how hard Phil works. Oh my goodness, how do I even start to explain how amazing Phil is and do not look any further if you want fun, not staged, catching key moments and just getting full on involved photos. Communication from the start was just impeccable. During the day there were times where things were a little overwhelming and Phil knew what we wanted to achieve because of the brief we had discussed and he just made sure it happened. He truly became that friendly face who was able to look at us and say - guys, are we feeling this now and then he’d get it done. But the absolute best thing ever about Phil is his banter, his jokes and the fact that he was the last one to leave the party with us as the bride and groom after full on rocking out on the dance floor. We honestly love you Phil, you’re an absolute top draw and we now class you as our pal Xx

Phil was incredible from start to finish. I’m not particularly comfortable in front of a camera and generally hate most pictures of myself but from the first meeting Phil instilled faith in me that he would capture the true essence of our wedding and us and it really helped my stress levels! Our pre wedding shoot was amazing and as we didn’t have a preferred image in mind, we completely leaned into Phil’s vision and the pictures were just incredible! Communication throughout this time and in the lead up to the wedding itself was second to none and even an over thinker like myself didn’t get chance to stress about anything! If wedding photography was looking for the perfect personality then Phil has answered every check box and then some - I can’t begin to describe how at ease he made us, not just knowing he was behind the camera but the way he managed to keep on top of everything on the day to make it all seem so smooth! We’ve had so many comments from guests about how amazing Phil was as a person as well as how impressed they were at the speed of which the group photos were organised and completed! No one wants to be standing around posing all day especially when there is drinks and canapés to be had and mingling to be done! All of the pictures from our day are amazing! There’s so many bits we didn’t get to witness on the day that were captured by Phil and his team or moments that went by too fast that we are now able to relive and we are so, so grateful! We especially love the pictures of just the two of us that Phil captured, none of this time away from the guests for our couples shoots felt rushed and yet we weren’t away for long at all which meant we could really enjoy our day but amazingly have some absolutely incredible pictures together! Plus, the obvious favourites of our dogs, who actively turn away from cameras usually! Phil was an absolute dream to have at our special day, he really felt like one our friends and fitted in so well! He even managed to get a few pics turned around by the following day so we could instantly start sharing our new married status on social media for the world to see with top tier pictures instead of relying on guests phone pics! We’ll never be able to thank him enough for the amazing shots and for all of the advice and support along the way!
