Everyone I've interacted with at PHI Clinic has been warm, caring, and knowledgeable. I feel like I'm on a team now, where the challenge of improving my skin has been reassuringly taken on by more skilled people than I could ever hope to be! I have been having Vbeam treatments for rosacea with Libi, and had never visited a cosmetic clinic before so was quite nervous at the start. Libi put me at ease straight away, explained the procedure and aftercare clearly, answered all my questions, and has been absolutely rooting for my skin to reduce in redness throughout. I always feel comfortable, respected, and valued at PHI Clinic, and look forward to my appointments. The space itself is calm without being clinical, and I always feel very at home here. Next up: Secret RF for the rest of my skin concerns!

Could not fault my experience with Dr Tapan Patel. The results Dr Patel achieved are so natural, yet has made such a difference to my appearance and confidence as a whole. I have been to previous doctors before but they do not come close to Dr Patel, I will no longer go elsewhere. He took so much time and care when carrying out my treatment. Dr Tapan was also very honest when he felt treatment was not necessary, thus keeping results so natural .

A very friendly welcoming clinic. I required Endolift and Dr Priya explained the whole process very clearly. She carried out the procedure and advised on after care. I felt there's a genuine concern for the client, and I was encouraged to contact her personally if I had any concerns during the recovery time. From my experience I can totally recommend Dr Priya. She is very professional and gentle.
