I have recently used Phi Architectural Services and could not recommend this company highly enough. The entire process of planning application was taken care of with ease. Furthermore, where changes needed to be made to drawings, nothing was too much trouble and Ankit promptly made all the necessary changes. The drawings were timely, detailed but clear. Ankit also came up with great solutions to the problem of building in awkward spaces! He also worked well with my builders to ensure that the build work was completed correctly and to plan. I am short for words as to how to describe the level of service we got from Phi Architectural services. Ankit was with us every step of the way, no question was too small or big to answer, knowledgeable. We had a difficult process obtaining planning for our build, he reassured us, calmed our fears, made adjustments when required, very responsive to the planning authority and to ourselves. We are so pleased with the level of service we got, he visited the site regularly, sometimes unannounced which is great as the builder knew he could turn up at anytime to ensure the work is been carried out according to the plans.
