    The work was diigently and professionally done but far too expensive compared to other luthiers. My main problem though is that, they did not contact me to say that the work would be much delayed after thier original estimate, nor reply to my repeated calls. Too many phone calls and emails (never answered) were required for them to contact my insururer about an accepted claim; three months of asking and too many excuses.
