    Worst Post Office ever. The after hours staff are rude and useless. Post office services actually closed 30 minutes before closing, just because she wanted to turn the machine off so she could go home on time. If that is the case then why advertise that the post office services are open until 10pm when in fact they are not. Don't hurl abuse at me when I expect for the service to be open at the said hours. Abuse was hurled at me and I was looked at like I was the dumb one for thinking that the services should be open at the hours advertised.

    One of the nicest Post Offices around North Birmingham. Staff are always polite and helpful and queues are not usually long. Depsite the location is not the closest to home, sometimes I prefer to walk/drive the extra distance as most other Post Offices either have rude or unhelpful staff. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is due to odd occasions when no staff are at the counter and sometimes I have to wait up to 7-8 minutes until a staff notices customers are waiting and starts serving. If they can notice your waiting and serve customers immediately, then I would had given 5 stars.
