EDIT: They threatened me of legal action for this bad review :) In the best case you'll have overpaid for a poor service, in the worst you'll have completely lost time and money. The customer service as soon as you explicit your dissatisfaction becomes uncoherent and passive aggressive.

My experience with PhD tutors was completely pointless. I felt like I was exploited by this service. I went with the recommended 10 hours of tutoring but received no tutoring only 3 hours of minimal proof reading i.e two words suggesting more references without any guidance. When I complained about the lack of service and potential refund for the unused hours, PhD tutors were condescending, bias and frankly rude. They didn’t address the issue at all, commenting on my ‘lack of realistic time required for the support’ owing my lack of understanding to being a student. Considering I regularly get support from my university lectures, students have a perfect understanding of realistic time periods. I paid £762 for this service and I realistically got no more than a proof reading, lacking even the basic grammatical checks. Please avoid this service at all costs.

Everything was set up pretty quickly and there are a good selection of tutors. Absolutely worth the money if you find your self a little stuck and in need of motivation and direction, especially if you have little time left to write your assignment. This is not an essay writing service, this is your own work and you must be prepared to put the hours in, but your tutor will guide you through this process. In the end, I achieved above 85% for my assignment at Masters level.
