Was told I needed a complete diverter valve for my Baxi boiler by my plumber. Came to PHC and spoke to Dev. He asked me what the actual problem was with my boiler as the diverter valve I was told to get would've cost me around £180. He recommended the cheaper option was to change the diaphragm which only cost £10 instead. This worked perfectly and solved the problem. Very knowledgeable and very friendly staff, I know where to go next time I have a boiler issue. Brilliant service
