Initially this company could not have been more accommodating. We spoke to James at all different times of the day and any enquiry we had James was quick to respond. The problems came after we had made a purchase. When we required a refill of our cylinder we were left hanging for weeks. The final straw for us was the last refill. We had ordered a spare cylinder to allow for the wait in a refill. We had used it all up and opened the refilled one - however to our horror , it was empty. James has now replied that he did fill the cylinder and if we want it refilled he will send us the link to pay again. Very disappointing.
