    We have been dealing with a Tess Dawson for a limited time where we had no help!!! No advice or hardly any communication or willingness!! This employee said that she would close our case in a two week period unless we were to contact her! This two week period started the minute she went on leave up until she came back!! Absolute useless!!

    Not very helpful at helping people who are homeless or looking for help with housing. All they do is fundraising and financial advice in this office, but they do give out cards if you got problems with your landlord, but again you can't sign up or get to meet an adviser.
