Bad avoid I will update this review as the situation evolves. Black mould from pre 2017 until 2023 when they decided to investigate it, found it was a leak they had ignored and not investigated, preferring to just blame it on the tenants lifestyle. This effected two tenants properties. They still deny this even though it is mentioned in two PHA Staff visit documents to the property in 2017/2021 attended by the Head of Services and Director of Operations. Head of Services staff lied, got caught by meta data on a video file, they refused to do anything about it, or even allow tenant to log complaint about it, Chief Executive of PHA Homes then screamed down phone as they didn't know what to do, and still refuse to deal with it. Their approach to ASB is very lacking, seem to send a letter, then month later whole process starts again when the ASB starts again. Harassing a tenant because they refuse to deal with maintenance issues, they sent out a fake surveyor Imperium Surveyors who was more interested in finding out evidence on tenants life style, rather then the structural safety issues with the building and resolving them, the surveyor was attempting social engineering to get the tenant to say certain things, and do certain actions. Also undercover filming the tenant without permission in a private home. If you log a repair request with them, they will then use the pictures you supplied as evidence to harass the tenants and try and evict. If a tenant have neuro diverse issues for example and unable to communicate effectively, they will use this against you and try and limit communications, even threatening to cut off communications. If a tenant ever mentions any health issues this will also be used against you whenever they decide its in their benefit. They ignore consent and share tenants data with third parties without consent, tenant complains about this, they still continue to do it 1.5 years later. They also shared health and personal information to the fake surveyor Imperium Surveyors who was supposed to be there to deal with structural safety issues.
