Be wary of the other reviews here! A lot smell fishy. I was the first appointment of the day, and yet Lee still arrived 40 minutes late. Didn’t turn the system on, took one very quick look and decided we needed everything replaced at a cost of £2000. Left within 15 minutes. Got a second plumber out who fixed the one faulty valve for £200 - including call out fee. Lee totally misdiagnosed the problem and then PH247 refused to acknowledge this. Try a local plumber first - the £96 call out fee only appears to get you 10 minutes of low quality work.

I do not understand all the positive reviews! I assume they are from people for whom £100 is the same as £300 and therefore don't mind paying through the nose, which is not my case. Basically their business model is based on charging £96... to give you a quote. This was ABSOLUTELY NOT clear from all their shiny website, nor was it from their 'friendly' customer services, who led me on to believe the plumber would come equipped with the right tap to replace mine, if I could send pictures in advance, which I did. What the plumber did? Showed up late, took the same pictures I had already sent, and left, 5 minutes tops. Then sent me a quote for the job I thought I had paid for, which was 3 times as much. AVOID!
