Martin correctly diagnose the problem with my bore hole pump. Ollie was most helpful in providing parts for the pump , showing how to wire them and also parts for my UV filter - again giving lots of information. Both Martin and Ollie were superb.

I had the pleasure of dealing with PFS this week for the first time after I had to source a part at very short notice to make a connection to a South West Water sewer. I made a call after being recommended to them and they knew exactly what I needed, exactly when they could get it and when it arrived they even went through the setup. It is now in the ground and working correctly keeping our project on target. I would not hesitate to call them again in the future and would recommend PFS to anyone.

Fantastic service. Very Caring Staff. My friend (an 80 something year old lady) Phoned me at 7:30 on Wednesday 25/07/2017, she said she did not have any water coming in from her borehole. I went and looked at her system and checked the obvious, is there electricity, is the filter clean, does she have an obvious leak. “I” could not find any problems. I phoned PFS and explained “our” problem, the lady at PFS asked lots of relevant questions, I did my best to answer. I was informed that an engineer would call as soon as one becomes free. The engineer arrived within about 2 hours, he ran some tests and identified a problem with the pump itself. The engineer then extracted the pump from the about 60m down the borehole and removed it to the depot for some maintenance. Later friend then received a phone call from PFS offering to return at around six in the evening to replace the pump, there aren’t many firms that would do that these days. My friend said this was not necessary and that she could cope overnight with the water she did have. The engineer returned the following day, reinstalled the pump and checked that the lady had normal service with her water. So, as far as we are concerned, from the lady I spoke to on the phone and the engineer doing the work, the staff at PFS are 5 Star. I have used the stores at PFS in the past and John has “always” helped me out with advice and the parts required, again 5 Stars.
